Acceptable formats are PDF, PSD, and AI.

Vector art is preferred. All fonts in Illustrator must be outlined. All Photoshop files must be submitted at 300dpi resolution or higher and sized to the actual print size.

If non-vectorized or non-layered artwork is provided (for example a JPG image or flattened PSD) or if your design is more than 6 colors, then a redraw or color separation charge may need to be added. 

Please include print locations and dimensions in your quote request!

Please take a look at our available Pantone Ink Library and see what colors work best for your project. 

If there's a color you need custom mixed that is not listed in our library, then there will be a $20 charge per custom color.

Designs that are 5+ colors have a 50 piece minimum.

This is also the minimum order qt. for graphics with 6 colors.

Needing more items for your project? We can accommodate large orders! The next price breaks are at 250, 800 and 2000 

Thats right ZERO set up fees! Here at Calimucho we do not charge traditional screen set up fees. We have streamlined our prices so that you know exactly how much each item costs. Rather than being "fee-ed" to death, you will easily be able to calculate your cost bottom line. YAY!

Digitization cost is dependent upon design. Embroidery quotes can usually be determined within 24-48 hours of inquiry. 

If the artwork you provided is flattened or in a format where the colors are not on separate layers, this service will be required per graphic. 

Please see the "Art Requirements" section above if you would like to send your art in a way that avoids additional color separation cost.

In the event that you provide art that is more than 6 colors, or if the art is photo realistic, we have to use a method called Simulated Process to achieve your print with screen printing. Once we review your art files we will be able to determine if your project will need this or not and can give you accurate color separation cost.

Want to mix up your order and get creative with ink colors? NO PROBLEM! 

We can do a color change! $10 per ink change per design. 

We can do gradient prints, either through combining multiple color inks on a single screen for a fountain print or through halftones to create a similar effect using multiple screens. Some gradient prints do have additional costs that can vary depending on how many colors you are utilizing and whether we will be able to save any ink color used. 

This option includes the existing tag removal and is highly recommended add to elevate your brand. 

Save time and have your tees individually folded by us! 

We use clear eco friendly bags that are made from recycled material ONLY! 

This service also includes the retail fold and size tag.

Once your quote is approved and payment is received your order will go up on our production calendar - YAY!!! The purchasing dept. will be prompted to order your blank items and the art dept. will provide you with a mockup for approval before we go to print.
